Women’s Ministries at New Life carry out activities to support the mission of the church. We are known as the Christian Women Connection (CWC). We are a part of the Alabama State Women of the Church of God (WCG) and the national (CWC). Partnering with these two groups gives us greater strength and purpose.
Our Mission – We serve Christ through serving others and equipping them for ministry.
Our Vision – We seek to provide women’s ministry resources to the Church of God and beyond for connecting women and others through relationships, spiritual formation, and service.
Core Value- We embrace the beliefs of the Church of God and support the united ministries of the Church of God through gifts of finance and leadership.
Through the women’s ministry we enjoy opportunities to develop spiritually through bible lessons, spiritual retreats and prayer projects. We build relationships within our congregation and in our communities. Our local meetings are known for the warm atmosphere where prayer, bible lessons, food and fellowship are found in abundance. We engage in service to others providing help, comfort, and encouragement. Activities are planned and coordinated through the roles of the Christian Women Connection.
